1. How do I receive my results?
Testing on your sample begins the same day that the samples are received and results are available within 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt. You will be able to call our laboratory directly at any time during the testing process to check on the your test using your file number and secure password. As soon as results become available, you will be able to find out the results by phone. The formal documents are generated within a week after the test has been completed and will be delivered to you by mail. You can also receive a copy of the results by email.
